Birch Tree Homes is NOT your typical "Junk removal company". We handle the contents on an estate with care and discretion to ensure that your loved one's belongings end up in the right place. First, we advise the family go through the house to take any items of sentimental value, then separate what's left into Sell, Donate, and Haul away piles and take them away accordingly. Our clean out prices are based on the size, condition, and amount of items in an estate. Please call for a free estimate.

We have amassed a network of collectors, dealers, and auction houses to sell select items from an estate. After we determine an item can be sold we charge a 30% sellers fee of the sale price and return the remainder to the estate in the form of check.*

We offer estate liquidation consultation for the clients who are willing and able to do the hard work but might not know how to start (or finish) the process. We provide guidance as well as contacts for area non-profits, dealers, auction houses and any other information someone might need when preparing a for sale after a loved one's passed. 

Consultation fees are $85 for the initial walk through up to 2 hrs and $50 an hour after that. 

*We reserve the right to refuse any item for sale.
