Dealing with the estate after a loved one's passing is often an emotional and stressful time. Allow us to use our experience and resources to make the process of cleaning out a loved one's home more manageable.

Birch Tree Homes is NOT your typical "Junk removal company". We handle the contents on an estate with care and discretion to ensure that your loved one's belongings end up in the right place. 

• First, we advise the family go through the house to take any items of sentimental value. 
• Then separate what's left into Sell, Donate, and Haul away piles and take them away accordingly. 

Our clean out prices are based on the size, condition, and amount of items in an estate. Please call for a free estimate.

Through our network of collectors, dealers, stores, and auction houses we may be able to sell select items from an estate. 

After we determine if an item can be sold we make all the arrangements and necessary deliveries. 

We charge a 30% sellers fee off the sale price of the item and return the remainder to the estate.* 

We offer estate liquidation consultation for the clients who are willing and able to do the hard work but might not know how to start (or finish) the process.

We provide guidance as well as contacts for area non-profits, dealers, auction houses and any other information someone might need when preparing a for sale after a loved one's passed. 

Consultation fees are $150 for the initial walk through and sit down meeting and $75 an hour for all follow up work.
